We are dedicated to empowering retail professionals through knowledge sharing, networking, and partnerships. Understanding the dynamic nature of both personal and professional commitments, we’ve established a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for our members and event participants.

 

Membership Cancellation and Refund:

 

Cancellation by Member:

Members who wish to cancel their AIRG membership may do so at any time by notifying us in writing.

Given the nature of our annual membership benefits and services, membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. As such, requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at the discretion of AIRG management.

 

Event and Program Registration

Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellation by Registrant:

Registrants for any AIRG events or programs may cancel their participation by notifying AIRG in writing up to 14 days before the scheduled event or program start date. In such cases, a full refund will be issued minus a nominal processing fee to cover administrative costs.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event or program start date are not eligible for a refund due to our commitments to venue and resource arrangements.

 

Cancellation by AIRG:

Should an event or program be cancelled by AIRG for any reason, registrants will receive a full refund without any deductions.

AIRG cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses borne by registrants in anticipation of the event, such as travel or accommodation costs.

 

Processing Refunds:

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 30 days of the cancellation request. Should this not be possible, alternative arrangements will be made directly with the member or registrant.

Please allow a standard processing time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account or on your card statement.
