As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to influence their purchasing decisions, while ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information and advice on products and services to customers.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash register.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of store displays and inventory.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to remain current on product features, new products, and store promotions.
- Assist in creating a positive, inviting environment for shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store sales and performance.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethics codes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a sales associate or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly, engaging personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
